We accept RSVPs (donations) on your behalf, but you receive all the information and process the credit card donation in your office. This ensures the donor that gifts are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by the IRS.

We will not, under any circumstance, share your database with anyone else, in any way, ever!

1. Choose a Type and a Theme for your Virtual Event, such as:

  • Formal Dinner (or Informal Dinner)
  • Dance
  • Holiday Event
  • Sport Event
  • A-thon
  • Or Anything Else! You Name It!

2. Identify Who You’ll “E-vite”

  • Donors
  • Friends
  • Clients
  • Members

3. Recruit Sponsors (This is optional, but it will greatly enhance your profit). You set the value and pricing. Choose from:

  • Large logo on the virtual invitation with link
  • Small logo with link
  • Logo only
  • Text with link
  • Text only

4. Set Your Timeframe

  • When does it start?
  • When does it end?

5. Contact us! We’ll do the rest:

  • Design a virtual invitation for your approval.
  • Merge your email database.
  • Send the virtual invitations over the Internet.
  • Collect and forward the “RSVPs” (donations) weekly (daily processing is available for an extra charge).
  • If you wish, when the “event” is over, we’ll post an online thank you and results so your sponsors and organization will get even more exposure.

 

Not Much!

  • Only $500 for the invitation design and set up and
  • $0.10 per name for first 1000 names ($100 minimum)
  • More than 500 names on your list? Your cost per name goes down as the size of your list goes up:
    • First 1000 names: $.10/name
      ($100 minimum as above)
    • Next 1000 names: $0.07/name
    • Next 1000 names: $0.04/name
    • All additional names: $0.01/name

    If you have 5000 names on your "e-vitation" list, that's ONLY $730 ($500 + $230) TO INVITE THEM ALL!

Please note: New Mexico residents will be charged 6.875% Gross Receipts Tax.
